These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of two services, referred to together as "the Service":

By creating an account, signing in as a guest, or otherwise using the application or the website, you confirm that you:

Touchdown Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the National Football League (NFL), any of its franchises (teams), or any of its players.

4. Your account

4.1 Account creation

You may create a Touchdown Team account via email/password, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or anonymously as a guest in the application; on the website, via Google, Apple, or a sign-in link sent by email.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact: [email protected]

4.4 One account per person

You may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate league standings, evade bans, or for any other dishonest purpose.

5. User conduct

When using the application or the website, you agree NOT to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without notice.

Zero tolerance. No abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content is tolerated anywhere in the Service — whether in a username, a display name, a league name or a comment. Users who post such content are removed from the Service.

Reporting and blocking. In the app, every comment has a menu (•••) to report it and to block its author. Blocking a user immediately removes all of their comments from your feed, and we are notified. A comment reported by three people is hidden automatically pending our review.

Response time. We review every report and remove content that breaches these Terms within 24 hours, and we remove the account that posted it. You can also write to us at [email protected].

6. Pickem leagues — no gambling

Touchdown Team is a free-to-play pickem app. We do not facilitate, encourage, or process any form of real-money wagering.

Some jurisdictions consider any form of betting (including free pickem) restricted to adults. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Touchdown Team complies with your local laws.

7. Content

7.1 News and videos

News articles and videos displayed in Touchdown Team are aggregated from public RSS feeds and APIs (ESPN, YouTube, regional sports media). We display titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and links to the original source. Tapping a card opens the original source in your browser. We do not host or claim ownership of this content.

7.2 Editorial Hot Takes

The "Hot Takes" feature presents short editorial statements written by Touchdown Team. These are opinions and entertainment, not factual claims. Your vote is linked to your account, but only the aggregated totals are visible to others — never your individual vote.

7.3 Your content

The content you produce is:

⚠️ A comment published on the website is PUBLIC: it is readable by any visitor, without an account, and may be indexed by search engines. We may remove without notice any comment that breaches section 5, and suspend the account that posted it. Any signed-in reader can report a comment.

You grant Touchdown Team a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content within the Service for its operation. You can delete this content at any time via account deletion.

8. Intellectual property

The Touchdown Team application, the THE SNAP website, their design, code, branding, and all materials (excluding third-party content under §7.1) are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to Touchdown Team shall not exceed fifty euros (€50) or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater).

These limits apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → Delete my account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but sections that by their nature should survive (Privacy, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by in-app banner and email (if you have one on file). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; where a change legally requires explicit consent, it will be requested separately.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
